Our Support Includes

Week Performance Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with the nanny, cleaner, or housekeeper’s performance during the first week, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Backup Staffing Support

In case your assigned staff member is absent due to leave or an emergency, we will provide a temporary replacement to ensure continuity of service.

Ongoing Support & Monitoring

We remain available throughout the contract period to handle any concerns and provide guidance where needed.

Our Fees

Placement Fees

A once-off placement fee is charged when we successfully match you with a nanny, cleaner, or housekeeper
Note: The placement fee is payable before staff details are shared or before the agreement is finalized.

Monthly Service Management Fee (Compulsory for Long-Term Placements)

For all long-term placements, clients are required to pay a Monthly Service Management Fee, which ensures consistent, professional service delivery and full administrative support.
This monthly fee includes:

The staff member’s monthly salary (paid through the agency)
Monthly performance monitoring and staff check-ins
Ongoing support and issue resolution
Backup staff during sick leave, off days, or emergencies
Handling of salary payments, documentation, and contracts
Client and staff relationship management

Important: The Monthly Service Management Fee is compulsory for all long-term placements. Clients make a single monthly payment to the agency — we take care of everything else.

Training Program Fees

We charge a fee for our training programs (Professional Nanny, Cleaner, and Housekeeper), which includes theory, practical sessions, and a Certificate of Completion.
